The Conference Organizing Committee invites researchers and practitioners worldwide to submit papers for review and possible presentation. The Conference scope covers the following topics:

  • Sensors, advanced metering, data acquisition and monitoring
  • Cyber and physical security systems
  • Diagnostics, self-healing, and reliability of smart grids

Paper Submission Procedure

Prospective authors should submit an extended abstract of up to four A4-sized pages in length, including figures, tables and references until the 1st April 2012 23th April 2012. The extended abstract should be written strictly in accordance with the PES Author’s kit and submitted in PDF format.

The abstracts will be reviewed by the technical program committee, and the author will be notified by email of the result by 1st of May 2012. After that, the proposed accepted abstracts should be developed in full papers of up to eight pages and submitted before the 1st of June 2012. Authors will be informed about the final decision regarding their papers on 1st of July 2012. Authors of the accepted papers will have time to submit their final version till 1st of August 2012.
